Instructions:

  1. List 3–5 personal priorities (e.g., family, health, finances, travel).

  2. List 3–5 career ambitions (e.g., team lead, switch industries, grow income).

  3. Reflect: Where do priorities and goals align? Where do they conflict?

Takeaway: Your season of life sets your effort bandwidth. Make decisions accordingly.
